Ficus (ficus.io) is operated by Ubik Limited, a company registered in Cyprus.

By using Ficus, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Ficus is

Ficus is a platform for creating and sharing interactive blocks for live events, presentations, and meetings. The service is currently in early access and may change at any time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You own the content you create on Ficus. By using the service, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the platform. If you publish blocks to the community gallery, other users may view, use, and remix them.

Acceptable use

Don't use Ficus to:

  • Break any laws
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Distribute malware or spam
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Overload or disrupt the service

AI-generated content

Ficus uses AI to generate interactive blocks. AI output may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and publishing AI-generated content.

Credits and payments

Ficus uses a credit system for AI generation. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Free credits may be granted at our discretion and can be revoked or modified at any time. Paid plans and pricing may change with reasonable notice.

Availability and liability

Ficus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. This applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ficus after changes means you accept the new terms.
