What is a wheel spinner?

A wheel spinner is a random picker in the shape of a wheel. Each entry on your list gets an equal slice. When you spin, the wheel slows and stops on one slice — a random result you can act on. People use it to pick names, order turns, or settle small decisions.

How to use
